I have had the same excruciatingly bad customer service as others on here. Poor waiting times on calls - 2 hours in one instance. Their lead times are woeful in replying to information and their transaction times are that of the 1970s. In this day and age I should be able to get what I need with a few clicks. When they do provide a deadline they are incapable of meeting in. They don't contact you back when you ask them to.They are a dreadful business to deal. They don't deserve zero stars let alone one.
