This is the second time I've had to come on here to complain about Sunlife. First time was last year when they messed up my DDs, abd it took 3 months and a settlement offer to get it sorted.
Well here we are again, problems with my DDs again. I emailed them on Monday 9th, and again yesterday stating that I had lost complete faith in them to manage my policies, and requested that they refund all my contributions so I can find a company that can be trusted.
As with last year, no replies to either email, even though it was sent to Phoenix's complaints department. Because of this I have been forced to complain to the FCA to see if they can assist.
