The advisor kept taking down my details wrong.
Then gave me the wrong quote.
Was miss spelling things out that I had already spelt out to him.
I almost left the call because I had no faith that he wouldn’t mess my insurance policy up.
He apologised for his mistakes saying that he ‘couldn’t see the screen because of the sun coming in the window’
I explained to him that if it had been an older person or someone who had missed his mistakes, he wouldn’t have invalidated their policy for them!
This person needs further training before people’s lives are ruined by his mistakes! It looks very bad for the company too because of his lack of professionalism. I am still deciding whether to cancel the policy I took out because I don’t know if I trust Sunlife now.
