Terrible airline, avoid at all costs

This airline is a complete disaster with abysmal customer service. My flight, originally scheduled for 11:10, was changed to 14:20 just a day before. Upon arriving at the airport, which was tiny, I faced yet another delay with a vague 'maybe at 15:00' due to a 'late plane.' If you dislike chaos and disorganization, steer clear of this airline. I've lost an entire day of vacation because of their utter incompetence in adhering to their own schedules. The one-way flight from Coron to Boracay with luggage cost 140 euros, which is not only exorbitantly priced but also rendered pointless by their poor service. Additionally, the customer service team misled me. I received two emails confirming I wouldn't need to change planes for a 30-minute connection in Clark, but this changed at check-in, causing further stress. This so-called 'boutique' airline is a nightmare.
