This airline is a nightmare, and the customer service is equally disappointing. My flight was rescheduled from 11:10 to 14:20 just a day before. When I arrived at the airport, I faced another delay with a vague promise of a 15:00 departure due to a 'late plane.' Avoid this airline if you prefer order and efficiency. I've lost an entire day of vacation due to their chaos and inability to stick to their schedules. The one-way fare from Coron to Boracay, including luggage, was 140 euros—extremely overpriced for such frustrating service. Additionally, the customer service representatives misled me about my connection in Clark, and at check-in, I was told I had to change planes. This so-called 'boutique' airline is incredibly stressful and time-consuming.

What a fantastic airline! The flight attendants and cabin crew were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and friendly, especially with children. I genuinely think they surpass other airlines. Our flight was punctual and even arrived ahead of time. The legroom was spacious, making the journey comfortable. I rate them 10/10! Great job to the airline, and I hope they expand their services across the country and internationally. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 💛
I will never choose this airline again. We booked a flight for my 30th birthday in July 2025, attracted by a seat sale. Instead of opting for other airlines, we decided to try them. Our trip from September 20–22, 2025, was canceled without any notification. I only found out by checking their app. When I contacted customer service, they cited unavailability of the aircraft. We had to rebook for September 27–29, 2025, which was already inconvenient. In Siargao, we encountered the same issue again. Our return flight was moved to October 1, 2025, once again without notice. Customer service only offered a refund, travel credits, or another rebooking, none of which worked for us since we needed to return by September 29. Their lack of professionalism and communication is incredibly frustrating. This will be the last time I fly with them, but despite the airline's issues, I enjoyed my time in Siargao.
This was my first and last experience with this airline! Our flight was canceled with only an hour's notice. They shifted all communication to a third party, and the airline took no responsibility. We incurred expenses of about 200-250 per person. The only compensation was a bottle of water and some stale banana chips. If you choose this airline, you're asking for trouble.
The first flight went smoothly, but when it was time to return home, we received an email about a flight change while we were at my grandmother's house with no signal. They changed our flight time from 11:20 to 9:10 am. At the airport, we missed the announcement about another cancellation. Our next flight was at 6:00 pm, and we had to return home to Cavite after landing in Clark. They showed no consideration for our situation. I hope my next experience with this airline is better.
While traveling in the Philippines, I failed to check reviews for this airline, and it cost me. Our first flight was delayed by four hours, the second by one hour, and the third flight was delayed again, making us miss a connecting flight and pay double for a new one. I've flown with other airlines here since and faced no issues. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this airline.
If I could give zero stars, I would! This airline is terrible. They canceled my flight, and when I requested a full refund, they said it would take up to 90 days. It's now been over 90 days, and I still haven't received it! Avoid this airline at all costs to avoid a headache!
