I will never choose this airline again. We booked a flight for my 30th birthday in July 2025, attracted by a seat sale. Instead of opting for other airlines, we decided to try them. Our trip from September 20–22, 2025, was canceled without any notification. I only found out by checking their app. When I contacted customer service, they cited unavailability of the aircraft. We had to rebook for September 27–29, 2025, which was already inconvenient. In Siargao, we encountered the same issue again. Our return flight was moved to October 1, 2025, once again without notice. Customer service only offered a refund, travel credits, or another rebooking, none of which worked for us since we needed to return by September 29. Their lack of professionalism and communication is incredibly frustrating. This will be the last time I fly with them, but despite the airline's issues, I enjoyed my time in Siargao.
