Horrible - plain thieving behaviourFirst they made us throw away any liquids / sprays in the cabin luggage. Then they canceled the flight while on the runway, we had to get all out of the plane again. They said we would leave 30 mins later but then they canceled anyway.In the subsequent chaos, we then registered for a refund but instead got a travel voucher a month later through e-mail. (useless to us as we are already back in Europe)Then we followed-up to get the refund instead but they ignored all mails, phone calls, form submissions, and follow-ups.
