Terrible customer service experience

For five days, I've been trying to reach customer service through various channels to understand how to check in my luggage online and avoid fees. I've received no response. The service is dreadful, and during check-in, I found out my luggage exceeded the weight limit, leading to extra charges. Avoid this airline—it's the worst in the Philippines.
