When I arrived at the airport, I faced another delay with a vague promise of a 15:00 departure due to a 'late plane.' Avoid this airline if you prefer order and efficiency. I've lost an entire day of vacation due to their chaos and inability to stick to their schedules. The one-way fare from Coron to Boracay, including luggage, was 140 euros—extremely overpriced for such frustrating service. Additionally, the customer service representatives misled me about my connection in Clark, and at check-in, I was told I had to change planes. This so-called 'boutique' airline is incredibly stressful and time-consuming.
