I ordered 12 kg of filament on the Sunlu Website and got it delivered within a week. Once delivered and opened I noticed half of the filament was the wrong type. I contacted customer service and I waited for 5 days with no reply. I then wrote another message, slightly aggravated at this point. I waited another 2 days and got a reply, asking me to provide an unboxing video/pictures of the box and product labels. I replied within 5 minutes with pictures, no reply at all.It's been 9 days today since I got someone to answer me from Sunlu and my patience is lost. Never again will I buy from this company. The customer service is non existing and now I'm being forced to use filament I didn't order.
