I purchased Sunlu HS PLA (high speed PLA) 5 spools. 3 of the 5 turned out to be faulty (Sunlu support unable to resolve the problems). It's taken a good month to work through the support with them (whilst their English is undoubtedly better than my Chinese it's certainly far from great) and though unable to help, they refused to refund me in full for these three spools despite my pointing out that this is my right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They have stated that the filament is a consumable and opened, but the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still applies to opened consumables which are faulty.
