Received a batch of filaments and they get stuck when printing. I contacted customer service to see if there is an issue. The spools were tightly wound and caused the printer to stall. Their response was to untie a knot. WHAT KNOT???? After 7 emails they basically said ....too bad so sad. Stay away from this product. I should have listened to the other reviews.
