Review Time
Bought a heated AMS for a Bambu Labs printer. It worked at first but stopped working after a couple of months. Customer service are just ignoring my emails so I am being forced to do a chargeback with my bank.
I ordered the new E2 dryer directly via their official ebay store. I received the dryer and the backlight (the part that lights up the screen for night time viewing) began to flicker and eventually died. I reached out via DM on ebay and did not hear back till i messaged a second time, the seller then told me i needed to send a video to a Hotmail email address. This violates ebay TOS and also seems very scammy. I eventually emailed the actual sunlu support email with a video of the faulty screen. Both the ebay account and official email replied and tried gaslighting me into "that it seems you are having trouble operating the green marquee accessory lights" and proceeded to give me instructions on how to operate those, when they are clearly working fine in the video. The accessories lights and LCD screen backlight are completely separate, and any time you use the touchscreen the backlight should come on. Do not buy anything from this company, their customer support is non existent, and they will try to gaslight you into something else so they do not have to fulfill their warranty obligation. I will be doing a faulty product claim with ebay and charge back via paypal since they are not resolving the issue with a clearly faulty product.
Waited nearly a month for a filament order, never arrived to this day. Contacted on all the emails listed on the website and social media. Managed to contact a representative on Facebook who just told me to contact PayPal to get my money back but I didn’t use PayPal and now every message they send they read and ignore me.
One star is way too much! Have an order out for over 3 weeks, which is now partly delivered. Enquiries about the delivery to their customer service are not responded for over a week now. It's 2026 guys, CS should respond within 24 hours... Never again Sunlu!
I will never order from Sunlu International again and I don’t recommend it to others either—you will lose money, time, and nerves. I received a damaged shipment. The store in Germany from which the product was shipped did not respond to emails. After several days, I received a reply (possibly from the USA). They told me to file a complaint with DHL, because supposedly only the sender can submit a complaint. However, DHL requires entering a tracking number to provide contact details. I am not given any contacts and am instead redirected to Smartposti in my country. I contacted Smartposti, who told me to file a complaint with the sender. But Sunlu International sends me back to DHL again. Customer service is below all criticism; they take no responsibility. The buyer is not protected—an unfair company. I strongly advise everyone: do not order directly from Sunlu International.
Sunlu's customer service is completely useless, an absolute joke! I placed an order on December 27th, and it is still showing a status of unfulfilled on my account. I've emailed customer service 5 times and have received no response. Tried through Facebook and after several days I amazingly got a reply asking for my order number (which I had already provided in my first message). A few days later there was another response telling me that it was refunded already - it most definitely was not! Sent another message telling them I never got it and once again it's been radio silence - even though messenger shows that they've seen my messages!If you really like their filament, do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache - just order the filament through Amazon.Luckily, I used my credit card to pay so I was able to open a dispute, I probably would never see that money again if it I used a debit card.
