I had a mis delivered order I tried contacting FedEx and the service said it's the business responsibility do to the shipping choice they used that didn't help the situation as the time zone so I sent a message and they said that the service says it was delivered so they have no responsibility I sent multiple emails with images of my house and house in delivery photo and the FedEx notification of that I can't put a claim...well 2 weeks later no resolution they are telling me to contact my bank
