So I did a review a few weeks back that covered the old spool SUNLU used. I saw many complaints in the feedback regarding issues with SUNL's new spool so was a little worried if my experience would change. I have come back to advise that the new spool has been no problems at all in the 5 x X1C Bambu units I use 24x7. I have had no trouble with support as I've only dealt with sales team as I've never needed to log any support issues.So a 5* star from me for SunLu
