I have ordered from this company many times in my capacity as a roofer, delivery is always very quick, never any more than 2 days.
I fit these windows all the time and the Sunlux ones are fantastic. Very easy to fit, the flashing kit is of a very high quality.
Also very cost effective which keeps my customers happy.

Sunlux produce quality products that I am more than happy with. They are very comparable to other more well known makes, but at a fantastic price. Delivery took 2 days from ordering. So all in all, I'd rate the product, service and price beyond their competitors. I haven't had any problems with these Windows thus far. I am a builder and use these now holy for roof lights. Excellent Sunlux Roof Windows!The Sunlux roof windows are truly outstanding and comparable to any premium windows on the market. Initially, we believed there were issues with the flashing kit, but this was simply due to a lack of familiarity on the part of the fitters. The flashing kits work flawlessly with no issues at all. After 5 months of use, we are extremely impressed with the quality and performance of these windows.Highly recommended!
Had ordered a Dakea roof window from another retailer who then announced they couldn't deliver for 2 weeks. I needed it quick to fill the hole in roof! Found a genuine VELUX advertised from Sunlux, ordered late in the afternoon and it arrived within 2 days. Great communication from transport company about delivery time, well packaged on a pallet and it all cost £200 less than I was going to pay originally! Very happy - many thanks.
Ordered a window was told flashing kit would work with plain tiles, it doesnt asked if i bought another window would they take back and id pay for return carriage, yes they`d take back but i would have to arrange courier which is impossible, thanks for nothing !!! never use again, i should have been advised to buy a different window that had a flashing kit to suit tiles
Jacob could not have been more helpful. He found, quoted for and supplied a replacement glazing panel for a roof window his firm did not supply, and then had it delivered the day after he received it from Poland: all carefully wrapped and strapped to pallets to avoid damage. He kept me posted on progress throughout and was always polite and friendly. How refreshing to get such old-fashioned, top quality service these days!
