I own four trolleys, and every 3-5 years the wheel hubs fall apart due to poor-quality plastic that deteriorates in sun and rain. It wasn't too bad before as I could buy a three-wheel replacement kit, though it was somewhat pricey. Now I have to buy individual wheels at three times the cost. Their logic seems to be: buy a new cart from someone else. What are they thinking?
