I own four trolleys, and every 3-5 years, the wheel hubs break down due to poor-quality plastic that degrades in the weather—sun and rain. Initially, I could buy a three-wheel replacement kit, which was somewhat pricey. Now, it seems I have to buy individual wheels at three times the cost. Their reasoning seems to be: just buy a new cart—from a different seller. What are they thinking?

My golf cart has three plastic wheels that have cracked and become wobbly. The support team has done nothing to assist me except offer to sell me new wheels at a high price. These wheels are poorly made and don’t last. Customer service is lacking, as they only focus on selling new parts.
I absolutely love my golf trolley; it's the best one I've ever had. Unfortunately, the front wheel developed an issue about a year after purchase. However, the company sent me a replacement wheel for free, which shows fantastic customer service!
I bought a carry bag and was initially pleased with it. My previous bag lasted for years and was much cheaper than this one, which I expected to be of high quality. The zipper on the largest pocket started to fail, and now it doesn't work at all. I reached out to the seller, who contacted the company, and they simply stated that the bag was out of warranty by two months. Now I'm left with an expensive, unusable bag. Terrible customer service and a disappointing product.
I’ve tried two golf bags: one from a well-known brand and another from a newer company. The first bag is lightweight, making it easy to carry, but the dividers are frustrating as clubs get stuck. The second bag offers better organization and features like a cooler pocket, which is great for hot days. While I'm still assessing its long-term durability, it has performed well so far. If you prioritize weight, the first bag is fine, but for organization and features, the second one is the better choice.
I bought a high-end waterproof cart bag and have been generally satisfied. However, the loop meant to hold the umbrella loosens, causing it to hang away from the bag. I emailed the company for a solution but received no response. I might consider another brand in the future.
I called about a broken strap on my expensive bag. They informed me that I would need to pay for a replacement, and their communication is very poor. I'm still waiting for a follow-up regarding the strap. The representative seemed indifferent, and I’m not impressed with how this company handles customer issues.
