I placed an order for 3 small items totaling £11.99, but they charged me £38.98 instead. I haven't received any replies to my emails, and my parcel has not arrived. I strongly advise against using this site as it feels like a total scam. I'm extremely frustrated, especially when money is tight. If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars.
