This company should be shut down. I ordered something then on payment without a confirmation page they charged me for 5 times the amount. I've emailed asking for a refund but just get email back saying very busy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I am truly frustrated with this service. The product I received is not worth the cost, and the color change feature failed to work at all. I requested a refund and have been waiting for months with no response. It feels like they are not interested in resolving my issue. Don't waste your money; I suspect some reviews are from friends or family. It's been a long time since I purchased this item, and I regret it.
