This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing support experiences I’ve had with any company.
My work email is changing, so I tried to update the email on my account, but their system doesn’t allow it. My account is tied to a Google account that will no longer exist in a couple of weeks, which means I’m about to lose access through no fault of my own.
I contacted support about this a month ago, expecting a simple account update or at least a reasonable workaround. Instead, I was told they have no way to change the email address and that if I want to keep using the service, I need to buy another annual plan. That is completely unreasonable.
When I asked for a refund, they refused and actually tried to blame me for the situation. That response was not only unhelpful, but incredibly dismissive. A company offering annual subscriptions should absolutely have a process for handling something as basic as an email change, especially when people can lose access to work or school accounts all the time.
To make matters worse, I was told they would get back to me, and then they simply didn’t. It has now been a month, I’ve followed up multiple times, and they have ignored every message.
At this point, this is not just bad support — it feels careless and unacceptable. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing their products if this is how they treat paying customers when a basic account issue comes up.
