Review Time
Suno is a SCAM. They take your money and don’t get you any credits. The support team is the worst support ever. They just ask you to wait and don’t do anything to solve the problem, they even reject the refund. It been a month that I wait for my credits. As I see, I am not the only one, who faced this problem.
It made a beautiful song for my son... I wanted to share it so I tried to buy the program so I could share it on his wall for his birthday... (my son passed 2 years ago), and it took my card number and had me put my PV number in and then still denied me... I know the money was there... then told me I agreed to its terms of service until I cancel... never saw no terms of service and no option to cancel. Seems like a money grabbing scam to me so I emptied my account, and I will be going to the bank tomorrow to cancel my card.
I was absolutely thrilled with the Suno.ai — but only until the first real problem appeared.
As soon as you encounter an issue, customer support responds very politely, tells you they are “working on it,” and asks you to “sit tight.” And that’s where it ends. Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing actually happens.
In my case, Suno successfully charged me for the renewal of my Pro subscription — but somehow “forgot” to activate the subscription itself. I was billed, yet I received no Pro access. Since then, the company has continued to act as if nothing happened.
It doesn’t matter how well a service works when everything goes smoothly. What really matters is how problems are handled — especially when customers are paying for the service. Unfortunately, in this case, that’s exactly where Suno fails.
At first I loved the app, I made 5 nice songs I like. I’ve tried to log in using the web browser as that is the only way to download the songs with .wav which is the recommended file to use. I can’t log into my account. It connects to a different account when I use my number. When I try and log into using my email it acts like I don’t have an account. I’m logged on with the app and it doesn’t show your email address on settings but I know which email I’ve used due to the payments made each month. I’m starting to think it’s a scam or the app can’t handle the amount of people using it. I’m so annoyed as I just created an account on distro kid to start putting out the music I’ve made. Honestly I wish I read the reviews before I started.
I wanted to like this service, but the user experience is a total train wreck. Here is the breakdown of why you should save your time and money:
Mobile App is Garbage: It is easily the worst app I’ve used in years. It’s missing basic features, there are zero guides to help you navigate the mess, and the UI is a confusing labyrinth.
Desktop is Only Marginally Better: While the desktop site actually loads, managing your library is a nightmare. There is no bulk delete option; you have to manually select every single song. To make matters worse, the pages don’t auto-refresh, so you constantly find yourself trying to delete the same track over and over because it’s still sitting there on your screen.
Account Ghosting: I have "Personas" showing up in my account that I never even created. The kicker? You can't even delete them. It feels like you don't even have control over your own profile.
Zero Support: If you run into a problem (and you will), don't bother looking for help. There are no guides, no documentation, and the support team is completely non-existent. You're effectively shouting into a void.
Low-Fidelity Audio: Even if the site worked perfectly, the music quality is marginal at best. Most of the tracks have this distracting background noise that sounds more like a washing machine or a hairdryer than actual instruments. Also the volume of the tracks change constantly. One minute loud, next low, and never a constant. The site offers you very little in control of music making it self.
This feels like a "cashectomy" for your digital wallet—they take your money for a subscription, but leave you with a broken product and a headache. Avoid this until they actually decide to hire a UX designer and a support team.
Got their most expensive subscription and it does not work.
I tried 10+ times to upload my own audio, and each time is says upload not possible. Then read the reviews so won't even try to get my money back, great commercials though it tricked me.
I cannot access my account and have sent multiple emails to the support team without receiving any replies, and they have my $89. I just want to know why I keep getting a message to contact support every time I attempt to log in. It's frustrating.
This is a disappointing experience with a significant number of misses. I tried 329 songs, and out of those attempts, the service managed to get 30 songs about 90% correct. No matter how accurately I specify the style, the AI fails to adhere to the instructions. I explored other AIs and style prompts from various sources and reported each failed song, yet the AI seems stuck in a "I don't care, I'll do my own thing" loop. Perhaps I just can't figure out how the algorithm operates.
Decent product/service, but the customer support is severely lacking—no response in 12 days, even after I followed up. I was charged more than what was advertised. I cannot recommend this. Only consider the free service if you decide to proceed.
