Sunpass has the worst quality of humans working for them, they treat people like crap, they don't want to spend the time to help anybody. I was misinformed so many times by the same customer service representative, they gave me incorrect information regarding my account and got upset because I told them that was not case, then went back and reviewed the information again in my account to realize I was right. They also got upset because I wanted more information and was asking questions, they kept asking if I needed help with anything else, I had to kept saying, yes, do you have the time to help me?Honestly, I think this only speaks of the company and how they treat their employees and how they are trained to treat costumers. And the sad reality is that wanted or not we are obligated to pay these leeches of society that do not contribute to anything at all, only thing they do is steal our money.
