Customer service sucks. The people are rude and do not contain any knowledge. They do not understand your complain and keep giving you irrelevant reasons for not fixing. I was trying to help my dad as he speak less English and the lady on the phone said ' I suggest not to accept translation from your daughter' which was inappropriate. My dad was very angry about that comment and on other hand they do not provide multi language translation facility, so my parents do not have anyone accept me. I tried to file complain with supervisor but she refuse to provide the agent name and said she do not know who was the agent talking to me and they are getting so many calls that she can not keep track.. So technically no complain registered on purpose.
