SunPass: The only service where you pay to be frustrated!"I bought a transponder, paid for it, and trusted it would last a decent amount of time. What a joke! The device stopped working out of nowhere, leaving me stranded at tolls. When I reported the issue, the company's brilliant solution was to inform me that the transponder was “out of warranty” and that I had to buy a new one!So let’s recap: their product stops working, and I’m the one footing the bill. Interesting how the warranty expires faster than the device itself. At least SunPass is efficient at one thing: charging you money. As for everything else... not so much.Summary: If you enjoy paying twice for something that should work the first time, SunPass is perfect for you! 🙃
