When I checked today, the $1500 had vanished from withdrawal status and reappeared in my playing account. On 10/09, they downgraded my VIP status, making me ineligible for the fastest withdrawal method. Now, I have to wait another 7 to 10 business days for approval, followed by another 7 to 10 days for the funds to deposit. They won't let you deposit or claim free spins while a withdrawal is pending, penalizing you for not playing when they don't allow it. This feels like a tactic to delay payouts. Once I receive my funds, if I ever do, I will close my account permanently. I'm disheartened and disgusted by their treatment.
