If I could rate them lower than one star, I certainly would. I've been a member for years and have never been able to withdraw any winnings. I recently won a tournament and verified my ID, but when I logged back in to withdraw, my account was closed. I emailed to ask why, and they simply said they don't believe this service is suitable for me. What does that mean? I thought this was a legitimate platform, but I was wrong. Save your time and money!

I requested a withdrawal of $1500 on 10/03/25 via Coindraw, expecting to receive the funds by 10/09. When I checked today, the $1500 had vanished from withdrawal status and reappeared in my playing account. On 10/09, they downgraded my VIP status, making me ineligible for the fastest withdrawal method. Now, I have to wait another 7 to 10 business days for approval, followed by another 7 to 10 days for the funds to deposit. They won't let you deposit or claim free spins while a withdrawal is pending, penalizing you for not playing when they don't allow it. This feels like a tactic to delay payouts. Once I receive my funds, if I ever do, I will close my account permanently. I'm disheartened and disgusted by their treatment.
If you want to play on a site that actually lets you win, go somewhere else. This site is awful; they just take and take. Other platforms allow redemptions in about three days. Don't waste your time or money here. It's hard to believe they are still in business. Terrible business model.
I've won and collected a good amount until recently. Apparently, if you win too much, they take away your VIP status and give you the slowest payout method. With Bitcoin withdrawals, it could take a year to collect the full amount, which amounts to about one payment a month.
If I could give zero stars, I would! These casinos are a scam! They let you win up to a certain amount, always under the threshold needed to withdraw. You will never receive payouts on freeplay winnings. I have won substantial amounts on other platforms, but I will never invest in these scam casinos again. I can recognize a scam when I see one.
I attempted to withdraw $50 from my winnings from free spins, but apparently, I needed $100 to withdraw. Instead of returning the $50 to my account to allow me to continue playing, they just took the money away. This feels like theft! Their customer service is atrocious; it took 20 minutes to get a simple question answered. Avoid this site!
