I have had several deposits and withdrawals over the last few years. These last two withdrawals were the most difficult and painful. I had to resubmit all documentation and was even told that I had to submit a copy of my birth certificate. That is absolutely absurd! It takes a month and a half to get the money back and you have to keep calling back otherwise they will forget about you.
