I was using a free bonus and played through the play through I was left with a choice, cash it out or try to win more. I decided to play on and won 1200. Upon asking for a withdrawal I was hit out of nowhere, they asked for my DL, utility bill, bank statement, birth certificate. Only to find out they don’t work for them. I sent everything except my first born. They made the excuse that my birth certificate wasn’t in good enough shape to use. So what happens now? The chat had the worst team that then told me that because it was a bonus that I don’t get my money even though I went through the play through and won from the hundred dollars that they took the rest from, the agents are awful. Caught them cheating. They are reporting wrong , return to player statistics by allowing you to win and denying your redemption based on amount of bonuses that you have redeemed. Which is counted as a payout for the casino and allows them to use that as a statistic in their return to player numbers. I attempted to redeem a sixty six dollar amount , which was my first redemption ever from this casino. They denied it citing that I had redeemed too many bonuses , even though I had met all the other redemption requirements. However, the machine counts that $66 as paid out to a player. And when they deny my redemption, they don't correct that $66 as not paid out to a player, it goes to funds for the casino to be able to report inaccurate rtp numbers. they're taking funds that are supposed to be returned to player to keep the machines accurate and fair, but they're not actually giving them the money to the players. Instead, they deny your redemption, make no correction to the statistics or payouts.And when questioned about it , they just cut my chat off or don't respond and give me any kind of answer even when confronted about the possibility of them altering the numbers , they will not even deny it. these jerks are thieves. i had deposited random amounts 3 times throughout the 5 months i had my account with them. i started playing in the tournaments and SunRise offers free “buy-in” tournament games. i clicked on one of them and actually won 1st place!! they had it advertised that first place is $500 win,false. it’s $100 win,but whatever at that point right?? i withdrew my $100 win,the next day they told me it was approved then 2 days later they say i don’t get my win because i didn’t deposit before playing the free tournament….isn’t that wild??y’all suck.your terrible and your thieves.
