Caught them cheating. They are reporting wrong , return to player statistics by allowing you to win and denying your redemption based on amount of bonuses that you have redeemed. Which is counted as a payout for the casino and allows them to use that as a statistic in their return to player numbers. I attempted to redeem a sixty six dollar amount , which was my first redemption ever from this casino. They denied it citing that I had redeemed too many bonuses , even though I had met all the other redemption requirements. However, the machine counts that $66 as paid out to a player. And when they deny my redemption, they don't correct that $66 as not paid out to a player, it goes to funds for the casino to be able to report inaccurate rtp numbers. they're taking funds that are supposed to be returned to player to keep the machines accurate and fair, but they're not actually giving them the money to the players. Instead, they deny your redemption, make no correction to the statistics or payouts.And when questioned about it , they just cut my chat off or don't respond and give me any kind of answer even when confronted about the possibility of them altering the numbers , they will not even deny it.
