I have to be truthful: the initial sales pitch was impressive. However, everything that followed has been quite disappointing. The installation took two months longer than initially planned. The technical expertise demonstrated by the team has also raised concerns. I was sold a solar system for £21,000 under the impression it would be a 12kW setup. After waiting five and a half months for installation, I was informed that the National Grid would not approve the 7.2kW system and would only accept 3.2kW. This is crucial information that should have been confirmed by the company before the sale. Their calculations regarding my potential energy buy/sell situation now make no sense. I was promised compensation, yet despite multiple follow-up emails and several phone calls, nothing has transpired. At this point, I have paid £150 monthly — totaling £450 — to the service with nothing to show for it, and my electricity bills remain unchanged. ————-
