We booked a holiday and had a £100 gift voucher which we have been unable to use. Nowhere on the website does it state the voucher can only be used if paying your holiday in instalments. We paid our holiday in full and have been unable to resolve the issue using the chat function. This is really disappointing and frustrating and puts me off using sunshine holidays again!!!!!!!!
