When you advertise an ‘all inclusive’ holiday make sure what you are selling.
We arrived at 12am and were very tired so when informed about the ‘inclusive amenities’ we didn’t really take in.
Upon waking up in the morning and speaking to the hotel we soon realised that we had to travel to a sister hotel 5 minutes drive away to access ANY of the services we wanted to use on the inclusive services.
As a hotel - this one is not fit for purpose as it is purely a building with beds in and nothing else
- It should be listed as a 2 ⭐️ hostel.
When we raised this with the general manager to look at getting a transfer to the ‘All Inclusive‘ he basically shrugged his shoulders and said it’s not our problem go back to your service provider. We were willing to pay any extra charges.
We are here for 6 days and quite frankly the staff, manager and resort do not give a crap about the issue and just brushed it off - while I was speaking to the manager there was a list of people waiting to speak to him about the same issue.
We have tried calling Sunshine but their numbers don’t work and I’m currently in a WhatsApp chat with them and have been for the last 40 minutes without reply 😡
Sunshine Holidays and this hotel chain are complicit and have blatantly lied that they are a 4 ⭐️ All Inclusive Resort.
