I ordered two pairs of Crocs on 13 Nov 2024 and never received them. I have a listing from the supposed shipping company stating all the steps that the package has gone through with e-mails on a regular basis. The package supposedly arrived in Germany on 28 Nov. (15 days) and was released to a “local carrier” (unnamed) on 10 Dec. It is now day 55 since the purchase. I have since written to Sunsingers on several occasions requesting the package and sent them an E-mail asking for a refund telling them I will no longer accept the package. I will also be reporting this to the authorities as a fraud.
