I give a star because I cannot give zero. The customer service was courteous, but I spent $29.98 on an item (my fiancé's birthday gift) that came to me broken and they said (and I highlight "they said", so I don’t know if they will really do it) that they will refund me $8. What pissed me off even more was that on the the site there is a top banner saying that the refund is 100% guaranteed.
Should have read all the horrible reviews before I placed my order which still has not arrived after 2 months waiting. The company refuses to issue a refund as the package theoretically is "still in transit". LOL!!!! Do NOT buy anything from this rip off site!!!!!!
Ordered an item (£22) for my son and something completely different was sent to me. Contacted their customer service and they offered me $2 refund! I told them I wanted all my money back and they refused. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM!
Ordered something beginning of March. Mid March I asked about the status - "Give it a few more days to update your shipping information." A week, another request, and this kept going on and on. Two months later I still have no item. Clearly this is just some type of scamming company.
Really pleased with this purchase! Quality feels sturdy and well made, design is charming and thoughtfully detailed. Arrived safely packaged, with clear care given to protect the item from damage. Definitely seems crafted with care and attention. Would recommend this item to others looking for something special.
Received my order after about three weeks and was pleased overall. Quality seems decent, has thoughtful design details, and arrived securely packaged. Shipping took longer than expected, but considering the reasonable price, its understandable.
Product received is not even close to what they advertise on the site.I have ordered a pair of crocs ( Jurassic style ( dinosaure head ) wich was very nice and elaborate design on there site but very ugly in reality.....the product they have send me are about the same quality as sold in Dollar Store / Dollar tree....The worst part is " they don't recognise there false representation of the product"Also the fail to give me full refund and paying for the return of the items....this is been going on since January 2025....Since it wasn't possible to have a full refund and a pre-paid voucher, I finally accept a 17$ refund ( initially 60$ purchase ) and keeping the product....but you know what....I won't even keep those ugly thing but will give them to a trifts store..I hope they will post my review I wish I could post a picture of the site product in question and wath they have send me...the picture said it all.Never again I'll order from that site
Not gonna get into Details BUT do not buy anything from Sunslingers, cheap items they take forever to ship it to you if you have an issue they string you along,had to go to Pay Pal to get my money back took months. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable web site that will honor their 100% gaurantee. STAY AWAY from Sunslingers
