Same problem most others have had with this company not being able to get crocs delivered. My tracking says they came from Italy and ended up in Clemson SC and stopped over a month ago.Total theft. based on other reviews that are not having problems maybe they are drop shipping and the chinese company Chikmicky is the problem.
