They are not issuing refunds because a total of 4 of my orders were returned from customs, and even though I said they are currently en route to China, they still say the refund hasn't been processed. It's currently with Post NL in the Netherlands and will be sent back to China, but they're not responding to my messages. I want my money back. Not only will the product not be returned to me, but refusing to issue a refund is ridiculous.A situation that violates human rights.
