I had a query with Sunsky, where there was a delay with my order, I complained but I want to appreciate the way Juliet from this company, she attended my query professionally and I assisted, I happy at the end.
This company is very bad, I made my order which supposed to come to South Africa, I chose delivery method to be Buffalo, but they sent to South African Post office, as we speaking now, the parcel is sitting there, SUNSKY did not process my order according to me request, who gave them permission to send my parcel to South African Post office, never order with this company your order will take the whole year to arrive, very very bad, I will never order here again

25 pcs tempered glass for ZTE Nubia Pad 3D 12.4 9H 0.3mm
paid a 25pcs pack of tempered glass. They sent useless stuff, different size, different model (cams doesn't match),..my experience = nightmare. I wasted my money and time. customer support is time lost too.. they will answer in trustpilot saying that a representative contacted you. Yeah, "Rene" contacted and ignored me right after... this is why I posted this new opinion again.

Stay away from Sunsky or you will regret. Please be warned
I have ordered twice from Sunsky, both items were the same, a phone screen. The first time I ordered the phone screen fantastic. The second time I ordered, the phone screen came with a broken digitizer. I have contacted support but I have yet to get a response. If they do decide to respond back to me then I will update my review accordingly. I followed their instructions on the website so far for a response ans have got nothing yet.
Headphones I received had issues.
Customer assistance tried to fix problem, and gave back more than half money I spent, without to ask to send back headphones, once they chacked headphones worked in wrong way.
