We arrived in Helsinki after a lengthy flight from Brisbane, with a scheduled pick-up time of 6:30 am. Given the customs process takes about an hour, we expected the driver to be waiting for us upon our exit at 6:47 am. Instead, we received an extremely rude text from the service, stating that the driver had left due to our tardiness and that no refund would be issued. It turned out the driver had the wrong booking time. We had other arrangements with this service for our trip, but we’ve instructed our travel agent to switch to a different provider. This felt like a complete scam, and it was a very negative experience overall. I would strongly recommend avoiding this service. We ended up taking a taxi, which turned out to be a much better choice.
