Review Time
The driver sped dangerously to the point I told him several times to slow down, but I was just ignored. It made me feel so unsafe, as a company your prices are reasonable but the actual end product absolutely dismal and unsafe. Will not use again
Booked this transfer at the end of our cruise in Mumbai. Scheduled to pick us up at the pier at 5am to transfer to airport. Other taxis came and went and we were getting concerned. Had to WhatsApp Suntransfers who told me the driver was waiting outside the port. So had to lug all our suitcases the quarter mile or so there. When we go there the driver was just driving into the port and we were met by another person with our details who introduced us to our driver. All fine from there and the driver was very polite but we were quite stressed out at that point as our flight was at 08:40 and you never know what delays there will be on the way. Probably 15 minute delay in total and It wasn’t clear why the mix up or delay - other taxis were freely entering the port. I booked Suntransfers on the strength of previous recommendations but I don’t think I will be using them again.
Charming driver who was there on time and helped with our cases. The only thing which would have been helpful would have been to know the company name so we could find the vehicle. Our booking said the driver would be inside the cruise terminal with a sign but the Barcelona terminal didn’t have a suitable arrivals area for anyone to wait so it took us a bit of searching to find the correct vehicle. Please see this as constructive feedback and in no way a criticism Would definitely use again.
Always very easy . Also waited around longer as my wife was requiring special assistance and came out later , so the driver moved the car to make it easier to pick her up . Return journey was very easy . Highly recommend and reasonable pricing
This company were appalling ..they were booked to pick up and didn't arrive in faro ..waited half an hour one car came for 5 people
On way back no show for airport transfer again and sent an Uber booked after we contacted them
We have used Suntransfers in numerous countries with friends or with our children. The service is top class!!! Excellent staff, cars and always punctual even when the delays due to the poor passport system in Tenerife delayed us by over an hour
Even though I booked the wrong arrival date they were still there to meet me and help out. Customer service was outstanding sing and our driver on the way back on Saturday was lovely. I’ve used them before and I will definitely use them again.
During my pick-up, the driver was swerving all over the road, distracted by his mobile phone, and even stopped to chat with another driver! The whole purpose of booking direct transfers was to reach the hotel faster and kick off the holiday. On the day of pick-up, I noticed the wrong time was provided; it seemed like it was set to UK time without considering the local time difference. While this was an honest mistake, when I reached out to the emergency line three hours prior to pick-up, they showed little concern, despite us paying £143 for this service! I later discovered that a local taxi would have only cost €30 each way. For my trip to Cape Verde, I recommend getting a local taxi; I won’t be using this service again.

We arrived in Helsinki after a lengthy flight from Brisbane, with a scheduled pick-up time of 6:30 am. Given the customs process takes about an hour, we expected the driver to be waiting for us upon our exit at 6:47 am. Instead, we received an extremely rude text from the service, stating that the driver had left due to our tardiness and that no refund would be issued. It turned out the driver had the wrong booking time. We had other arrangements with this service for our trip, but we’ve instructed our travel agent to switch to a different provider. This felt like a complete scam, and it was a very negative experience overall. I would strongly recommend avoiding this service. We ended up taking a taxi, which turned out to be a much better choice.
