BA flight was delayed. I contacted the driver to notify of the change. When I arrived at Faro there was no transport. Information desk weren't helpful until I asked a stranger to call the driver, Bernadino who said he was on another assignment and refused to talk to me. I then took another taxi which charged me €113 for a trip which costs €70. Most disappointed. Return trip was fine.
