I’ve booked through the service four times, and the experiences have been quite similar. The accommodation quality varies. Essentially, you get what you pay for; if you opt for a budget option, expect a 1 or 2-star experience. Upgrading to a 4 or 5-star place is much better but significantly more expensive. It's uncommon for everything to be organized perfectly. You usually need to retrieve ski passes from the local ticket office without guidance. The app vouchers often don't work, so it's advisable to bring your invoice and ID as proof of payment. I've only seen representatives on two occasions, and they were often socializing and not approachable. Always check room sizes when booking. The pictures rarely match reality, and amenities like pools or ski-in/ski-out access can be misleading, so do your research. In summary, they may be cheaper than others, but it comes with compromises. If you manage your expectations, you'll be fine.
