I have only booked my ski holiday so far with Sunweb, so excited to see how it goes..... I found the booking process really easy with lots of options to personalise it for me, and I have received informative emails as a follow up. Only one small issue, I have submitted a query and not received a reply as yet, but as its not super important I will not worry.....

Spent nearly £3000 for a 7-day Christmas holiday at this so-called '4-star hotel'. The food was subpar, and there was no Christmas menu available. When we inquired about ordering one, we were asked to pay extra and were outright refused. Additionally, don't rely on the swimming pool, as the water was uncomfortably cold.

The images often don’t reflect reality, and amenities like pools or ski-in/ski-out access can be misleading, so thorough research is advisable. In conclusion, while they offer lower prices compared to others, it does come with trade-offs. If you manage your expectations, you should be fine.
I made a booking last night for a hotel and ski pass (without flights) but realized I made a mistake, so I messaged immediately to cancel, only to find the office was closed. When I called at 9am, I was told cancellation wasn’t possible. While I understand the service doesn’t offer a 24-hour cooling-off period, common sense should apply when a customer is trying to cancel a booking that is five weeks out, within 12 hours of reserving. I expected better from the service.

The hotel was clean, welcoming, and the food was excellent. We were skiing during the peak season, but with three adult children, we felt we received great value for the all-inclusive package. However, I missed some details during booking—the ski hire didn’t include helmets, and we had to locate the ski hire shop to provide our details (shoe size, weight/height) to avoid delays when picking up our equipment for the first day’s lessons. The transfer costs also felt a bit high.
