I made a booking last night for a hotel and ski pass (without flights) but realized I made a mistake, so I messaged immediately to cancel, only to find the office was closed. When I called at 9am, I was told cancellation wasn’t possible. While I understand the service doesn’t offer a 24-hour cooling-off period, common sense should apply when a customer is trying to cancel a booking that is five weeks out, within 12 hours of reserving. I expected better from the service.
