They should disclose clearly what your purchasing, I've purchased four tapes, two a while ago that came without the juice chamber and recently two foggers that arrived with no way to charge them, that of coarse is another twenty dollars, I would not have made the purchase if had known this. They offered no real help or apology, just a lie that it was disclosed on the site, I went back and looked and it's not. I won't purchase from them ever again.
Everything about my order was great until the actual delivery. I never actually received it. I believe it was a UPS issue but not positive and either way I did not receive. They are supposed to leave packages inside the front door which I don’t think they did. I received info that the package was delivered but when I returned nothing was there
