I am fed up with their delivery drivers parking outside my house once a week to deliver to my neighbour. This morning it was at 5.55am. He left his engine running, meandered out of his cab and down to my neighbour. Meandered back and all whilst constantly looking at his phone (why?). Thanks for disturbing my sleep.
I moved from my Oddbox, which I was very happy with in general, to Abel and Cole because I wanted to ensure we were eating only organic fruit and vegetables. Am so pleased with the boxes. They are a little more expensive than the Oddbox but so worth it. Especially love that I can return soft plastics - that’s all my soft plastics - each week and they are recycled

I fully endorse this service. Everything, from the app experience to delivery, is seamless. The quality of products across a diverse selection stands out. This has become my preferred shopping method, and I appreciate their excellent packaging and recycling system.
I stopped ordering from this service a few years ago due to dissatisfaction, but decided to try again. Unfortunately, on my first delivery back, I received a notification at 7 am stating my order was delivered, but no one knocked on my door. I later found my order at my neighbor's house. Can't they read house numbers? One more mistake, and I will stop ordering for good.
I've been using this service for a long time, and I can't imagine going back to grocery stores. The organic fruits, vegetables, and groceries are always top-notch, providing a fresher and tastier experience. I also appreciate their commitment to sustainability with returnable boxes and minimal plastic. Overall, it's a fantastic service with high-quality products and friendly drivers. Highly recommended!
