I wouldn’t recommend Supabase and I honestly regret starting my project on that crappy platform. Since their outage a few weeks ago, absolutely nothing works for me. I can’t access my project, I can’t download the database to migrate elsewhere and their support is useless. I’ve sent a dozen emails and the only response I got was that I should upgrade to the Pro plan if I want faster help. If you don’t want to waste money, nerves, and time stay away from this platform!!
I had a subscription-related concern and reached out to the support team promptly. They responded quickly, communicated effectively, and resolved everything without issues. Engaging with a support team that is both professional and genuinely helpful is truly refreshing.
I had a concern regarding my subscription and contacted the support team shortly after. They replied quickly, communicated clearly, and resolved everything efficiently. It's refreshing to work with a support team that is both professional and genuinely helpful.
They have been charging my company for unused resources. We were supposed to pay $25 per month, but we've been billed over $300! The support team is unresponsive, and the charges keep accumulating daily. We feel trapped with this service; I cannot recommend it.
The free plan is nearly useless—they keep pausing my project! It’s incredibly frustrating; just as I unpause, I get notified again about another pause. My project is small, yet they persistently pause it, seemingly to push free users towards their paid plan—what an unethical approach! I've decided to stop using them entirely.
It's challenging to do productive work with this service. I couldn't connect to the database through my IDE due to a frustrating network limitation. An add-on is required for IPv4 connectivity. The web app logs me out every 30 minutes, causing me to lose my queries due to bugs. Frequent downtimes make it far from reliable compared to other options.
I exceeded the limits as a free user due to some bugs that drained egress. However, they didn't force me to upgrade or shut down my project; instead, they granted a grace period until the billing cycle renews. If I exceed again, they will take action, but for now, they allow me to continue working—it's hard to ask for more!
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience! They pause your project after a week of inactivity. It's astonishing how tech startups manage to annoy their new customers. I suggest looking elsewhere—consider other options that won't shut you down after a few days.
