Recently we bought a new caravan from a dealer who shall remain nameless. During the sales pitch we were offered Supagard treatment as an extra which we bought. On return home with the van through horrible weather I decided to give it a good clean thinking this won’t take long as the Supagard will have done its job.How wrong I was, So I contacted Martin at Supagard to moan. The chaps at Supagard must be the most helpful bunch I have ever dealt with.After a visit from Ronnie and Graham who completely re coated the van inside and out we established that the treatment hadn’t been applied properly and the roof hadn’t been done at all. On return home once again with a caravan covered in road grime I hosed it down and 2 mins later spotless van. Now that’s what the caravan salesman said it would do !Thanks to the whole team at Supagard for resolving an issue that was not your problem, you are the best.
