I recently booked a hotel through Super.com and chose a “refundable” option by paying an additional fee. However, after canceling the booking, I was only partially refunded. Around $86 was retained as a non-refundable service fee.
What’s concerning is that the “Instant Cancel” or “refundable” wording gives the impression that the full amount would be refunded, but that’s not the case. The non-refundable portion was not clearly communicated at the time of booking.
While the booking process was smooth, the cancellation and refund experience was disappointing. I would recommend that Super.com make their refund policies much clearer upfront to avoid confusion for customers.
