They Claim to be fully refundable but I accidently booked the wrong night, had to apply for a refund and got declined.
I will be pursuing small claims tribunal on this. You can't say you can cancel and then not provide a refund.
POOR FORM SUPER - YOU SUCK
Absolute trash. The only way it would let me move forward with a booking was if I joined the monthly fee program. GTFOH. Went to expedia. Booked in minutes. I spent over 10 just trying to get past the BS on super.
My partner and I stayed here for almost two weeks straight. It was comfortable, clean and convenient for us. Service wise was fine- We saw the same five or six people on rotation 24/7 at the front desk which is insane. Loved Nosh +Thyme within the building for breakfast, and there's an Image Salon Suites to get your hair and nails done while you're there without driving. Jasmine at the front was super friendly and helpful to us during our stay:)
Things to be improved- the shower water pressure and toilet, and we would have appreciated real cable tv.
Booked hotel through Super.com. they started charging membership fee every month. No communication received for the membership fees and couldnt see any option online to cancel it. Eventually i had to close my credit card account.
All these reviews are scams. The site will not let you cancel a booking. I paid extra to be allowed and I clicked on everything. And still will not allow me to cancel my booking. Book direct and it will always help in the long run. No customer service. Talking to a computer that only knows what it has been program to do. Book direct everyone.
I purchased the “Refundable Upgrade” expecting flexibility in case of an emergency. When an unexpected family medical situation arose, I was informed that documentation was required to process the cancellation.
I understand that terms apply, but because the situation occurred over the weekend, I now have to wait until the workweek to obtain the required medical documentation, which delays resolution during an already stressful time.
Customers should be aware that the “Refundable Upgrade” functions more like conditional travel insurance rather than simple free cancellation, and documentation may be required.
This experience has made me reconsider using this service in the future.
Absolutely terrible have stayed at this hotel multiple times one person working at night wants to try and charge us all these fees that we’ve never been charged. Refuse to call management or owner to clarify the problem and super refuse to answer is email called. Use the chat. Got no response from anyone. Was told by that person working they were going to refund our stays, never did locked up our cards, unable to find another hotel to stay in. We’ll be going back in to talk to owner manager to try and fix this mistake and will never stay at this place again never had such a problem.

I have made formal complaints no one has contacted me no charge backs I would like to speak to a supervisor.

So there was a glitch with my booking, hotel couldn't see my reservation. Super made things right! They contacted the hotel and booked a room for me, even though it took awhile to get ahold of someone, they made it right! Definitely will book with them again!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing.
I booked a hotel room and selected the refundable rate, paying an additional fee for flexibility. The policy indicated that cancellations made before the stated cutoff time would be refunded minus the protection fee. I canceled well before check-in, within the window described in the terms.
Despite that, my refund was denied. I understand policies can have conditions, but the language presented during booking did not suggest that cancellation approval would be subjective. The lack of a direct customer service line also made it difficult to resolve the issue. I would encourage the company to clarify its refundable terms more transparently so travelers know exactly what to expect.
